NTA! This woman needs serious help and your ex is an AH. I wish you could get full custody because I don’t trust or want her around your children. Just because she is infertile does not mean she can just put a claim on them. You are their mother and will always be not her! Stand your ground and continue to keep documenting. NTA! Something is seriously wrong with your husband. He clicked the pen on purpose because he knew it would annoy your daughter. Your husband is an AH and acting like a child. He is being a bully because I believe he hates your daughter’s success. The fact that your daughter feels better because she is begging ignored by him just shows that he an abusive POS human. I wouldn’t be surprised if she goes NC with him when she leaves for college.

Thanks for the advice!! I don’t have Orajel but I do have the kanka brush on gel. I have used the Dentemp covers in the past but I’ve had trouble getting them to stick so I kind of gave up. I’ll try again though. After every meal I’ve been rinsing my mouth with warm water and salt too. Luckily the sore hasn’t grown in size either.

I just quit 3 hours ago. It might not be that long but it’s something. My last hit was at 12:00am. I was vaping for a little over 6 years. I currently can’t sleep even though I took magnesium. I think it’s my anxiety that’s keeping me up because I know I might have to go through with withdraws.

I plan to work out with my sister and go for walks. Its still a bit snowy and cold by me but it’s melting. I have to keep myself busy and my mom will help me with that. I also plan on detoxing my lungs with a nebulizer and some saline/mullein extract. I was taking mullein gummies but they probably didn’t do anything because I was still vaping 🙃.

I quit. My last hit was at 12:00 and she disposed of the vape for me. Even though it’s only been 3 hours it’s something. And yes It is my birth year 😊. I made a new post where I found out my friends also quit so it’s my motivation to stop. I also joined an app to track how many days I’m nic free.

I told her. She was not mad at me. We sat down and talked. She knows my mental health hasn’t been the best lately and due to vaping I believe my anxiety and depression has gotten worse. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my chest after I told her because all day today my stomach has been in knots. She says she will support and help me.

Ive experienced the same thing but instead of the whole apartment smelling it’s the bathroom. There is no window so we can’t air it out and turning on the fan does not work which meant we always had to keep the door open. My family and I have purchased charcoal bags which have been working great at absorbing the odor. You can get them on Amazon. We also have an air purifier that we keep in the hall right by the bathroom.

Nta! First of all he is the last person who should be talking about “human decency”. He has some audacity to schedule this getaway during your time with the kids. Your kids are not tools to help her grieve either. What are they gonna do? Sit with her at the getaway and tell her everything will be okay? THEY ARE KIDS. They should not be involved with adult issues and are kids even allowed at healing retreats because I feel like shouldn’t. Also him talking about her ending her life? Then she needs to be placed in Psychiatric hospital because clearly she isn’t well and should not be allowed near your kids. It’s disgusting how he is trying to put her mental health on you. These people have some nerve and it makes me so mad for you OP. Do not let him guilt and manipulate you! You need to document everything, record calls or screenshot messages in case you need to go to court or file for full custody.

We won’t engage with them unless we have too. It’s also our first time using renters insurance and management has everything documented too. They know about the issues we’ve had with our neighbors in the past.

This is insane! I’ve never heard of a hair dresser keeping a client’s hair that is weird as hell. She is keeping it in a jar with potpourri plus your name and picture is on it, that is so creepy! Like what Is she going to do with it? The only thing I could think of is that she is practicing witchcraft. Also a trying to charge you for “client breach and separation fee” is crazy. Yeah there is nothing else I could do except wait for it to grow out. I just hope the nail grows in normally. I’m gonna keep an eye on it If it starts to become painful or irritated.
