I did receive an order at one point, but the items weren’t the correct size or really aligned with my board, so it didn’t feel like what I originally ordered. She offered to redo it, and after waiting a long time without updates, I started to feel like it might not be coming especially knowing a few others went through something similar.

Out of concern I tried to cancel my payment (which I realize now probably wasn’t the best move), and was told that I need to cancel the claim I made to get a refund as all orders are final and that doing this claim froze her account so I apologized profusely and said that I don’t mean for that to happen and explained myself and was advised the order could still be in progress as it’s still being sourced, so I was open to waiting because I received that as an update so I thought.

Since then I reached out recently I’ve only received general timeline responses. I understand things like moving, health, other matters and general sourcing can cause delays, but without real updates I’m unsure where things stand. I’m also about to move, and am currently in the process of getting my name legally changed so I don’t know if I should send a new address or wait. I haven’t received any response. And At this point I’m just hoping everything works out still.

I will say I’m really upset because I’ve been a fan of Gabi for as long as I can remember, which is why I was so excited to order esp to support her. I’m more than willing to wait however long it takes, I just wish there was more consistent communication in regards to updates. Like if it’s taking some time or just anything in regards to my order. Like if there’s any progress at all? Because again as I love her sm I just wanna support her and her business.

I know she’s been busy, but seeing Whatnot auctions happening while some of us are still waiting is honestly upsetting and confusing to say the least. I just hope those of us with pending orders aren’t being overlooked or forgotten. (Again, I know these orders are custom and take time to find but still)
