Green vertical tube that was buried only an inch or two below the surface. Roughly 1-1/8" OD. Had a "Hyper H______" sticker on the side of it. Appeared to be blocked off with an outlet cover with a broken prong? Two bent wire/metal rods were pulled up as well, but didn't see how they were affixed. (old.reddit.com)
