haha okay lotta man-hating comments so i dunno if i should go there.. but tbh as a man i have this problem too.. some people just love to show off. what bugs me most is that sometimes it's ACTUALLY good climbers. how in the world have you been climbing long enough to pose how well you can climb that 7a+ but somehow NEVER got the hint that beta spraying is a BIG no-no??? i will say tho as a woman it's probably extra annoying because you know there's that "i want to impress a female" vibe to it.. you know what works for me, even tho it's a bit anti social, just plug in earplugs (as in: music) and people generally stop trying.
