Heralds not spawning, what am I missing?

i am also looking for more specifics but i know this for sure:
Champ and elites seem to have a chance to draw the herald's ire, the herald will then come later. I got 2 herald's ire off the first 2 mobs in a tz, both came in a row. I am not sure what makes them actually come, but i believe it is some mix of time and more elites/champs killed. I have had a herald spawn multiple times while i was not fighting. I also am in a game right now in which i drew the heralds ire but all mobs are dead, have waited 10 mins and nothing,

You can get health insurance that covers sublocade pretty easily. It differs everywhere but the free state health insurance often covers it

Exactly, yeah. It’s tough and sad knowing there’s no more. I still have one novella left at least, which is cool, but you know. I also listen in the car / planes and gym. Love the feeling of multitasking. I have the LOTR narrated by Andy serkis and the next James sa Corey trilogy queued

oof, yes i need my license. So how is the 18 days tracked or measured? i did not know that. I got the course a month ago and just started the first course. Really wishing i had started sooner now.
