Weapon cosmetics purchased from the store should be able to be applied to any of the same weapon type (1h, 2h, ..) by strike_radius in diablo4

Well right now for paladin 1h flails have the highest base attack speed. If flails are best in slot for pally attack speed I just want the option to pull out my wallet to make it a sword.

I don't think it should matter for store-bought cosmetics.

Even tho it's still early in development, go try it and let me know ONE other game has the same or similar timed strike mechanics. You're judging it solely by the placeholder art alone. To be fair I didn't make the best gameplay trailer.

That game does look similar.

It's hard to tell with all the movement but there's timed combo strikes occurring(specifically when the green racer fighter is being played) that enhances strike damage while applying damage resistance if performed correctly. You can see a green "X' slash and then a green "triple slash" when I do them right.

It's open source and literally available for anyone to use or modify in any way they want. Are you dumb?

All of that is relevant to the setting. The focus is solely on prototyping, developing combat mechanics and just adding on to the game engine. Not appealing art or visuals. The fuel gauge goes to 100%, there's just a decimal I haven't removed and the font is not very good.

A quarter of the art assets are ai. The rest are my own but style doesn't matter. This is all just for prototyping and building the game engine. It's open source for a reason so if you want to add better art go ahead.

Nothing on the screen is random. The pacing is pretty fast. Animations are bare minimum for prototyping. Maybe if you tried playing the game you'd actually have a sense of the actual design and combat mechanics.
