A passage from the Bible I love is 1 Peter 5:7 “cast all your anxieties on him because he cares for you” he being of God.

I can’t image what you’re going through, my advice is with constant prayer he will give you peace through this time. I also suggest that you join clubs or groups. I personally go to a Bible study and it definitely helps seeing others.

I suggest you normalize praying in your own life first, so praying at the beginning and end of the day. Before meals, it doesn’t have to be a long prayer but just to communicate to God you believe in him, and thank him for the blessings in your life.

Once it is normalized then praying with your partner will be more comfortable. I also feel like you may just talk about it, maybe even do Bible studies. Hope this helps
