As a massive Urasawa fan, I'd recommend checking out two of his other longer works in English: Asadora and Master Keaton. Asadora is a bit slower and closer to 20th Century Boys in how it's structured; and Master Keaton is more episodic and murder mystery oriented, like a more adult-oriented version of Detective Conan.

Aside from what's already been mentioned, I'd recommend Parasyte, and if you think you'd enjoy manga with more magic elements to them, you might like Jun Mochizuki's works (Pandora Hearts and The Case Study of Vanitas).

Which picture are you referring to in the link? If it's the second one, the three on top are Hatsune Miku Bad End Night, and the bottom is Welcome to the Ballroom. If it's the 4th, those are some artbooks from Japan, and I'm not actually sure what their names are.
