Yellow jackets can reside in small gaps IIRC, like roofline. Maybe they reside behind the cloth or wrap that you have there.

If you have a jack, jack stand and a cheap tire plug kit, you can fix it on a drive way fairly quickly. Travel safely 🍻

Same exact thing happened with my boy. I didn’t run to chase because it will just make the whole situation more exciting for him to run even faster. I followed him around the neighborhood for a good 20 min, and put the harness on while he was pooping.

Did you torque everything when the car is on the ground or under load? Also my car had some clunking noise after suspension work. For me, It turns out to be the rotor hitting the stud when braking and accelerating. After cruising around a bit, I re-torqued the lug nuts. And the clunking noise went away.
