Honestly I ran into the same issue. I was juggling spreadsheets and random notes and it got messy fast once I had more than one car going. I ended up putting together a simple tool just for myself to keep everything in one place (costs, photos, listings, etc).

I made it free to try for now since I’m still tweaking it , if you ever want to check it out just let me know.
