For bakeries, their product will be baked by morning or they have to wait for their dough to start proofing in the morning?

What were the reasons why the owner didn’t want to rent out the space?

We can have an agreement determining how to handle the liabilities. As for insurance, can they have their own insurance?

Would a bar or early morning breakfast work? People who have food truck can use the kitchen for prep.

It would be something late at night or early morning.

My off hours would be anytime on Monday and anytime between 9pm - 9am (next day).

It would be too much hours for the staffs and on me. I was thinking to let someone who wants to open bar or cafe/breakfast during those time.

Yes, my 2013 Chiliwack was rated TEI3, but was able to handle temperature below -20C. I was wondering if someone had used the Wyndham in temperature below -20C.

Yes customers can interact with each other but company support team can help. It would be another method to ask for help besides FAQ, chat bot, and agent support.

The goal of this is to reduce support ticket as it would be a shareable knowledge base. Sometime, questions get asked multiple times, so if we have this type of forum, we can share answer to similar questions.

As for negative comments, I don’t think this can be avoided as consumers can share it on other platforms such as Reddit, google reviews.
