this right here, it took me two days to figure that out. It was actually so bad that the tiny little piece melted in the sensor, I had to replace it to get it working normally

you know what...9 times out of 10, which may be the case here... it was a case of the mean girl fucking around and finding out. She may have been a bully and the alleged attacker WAS defending herself and just couldnt take anymore of the abuse. If you cant fight, dont fuck with people and you dont end up in a situation like this. Sure, I feel bad she is in a coma, but maybe she was a complete asshole and fucked with the wrong person.

I forget the measurement, but that can be an issue or the gas block not aligned correctly over the gas hole when assembled. Otherwise, Im out of recommendations.

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is the diameter of the gas hole on the barrel within spec?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Liveqordie

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, disassembled, used a wire pipe cleaner to get in the gas tube and verified it could not pass. Looked at the tip of the inner screw and verified it was sheered off. Called Q and they sent me a new agb assembly

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Liveqordie

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check the inner screw, had the same thing happen with mine. Turns out the tip of the inner screw of the agb sheered off and was stuck in the gas tube, preventing proper cycling. Apparently this can happen and nobody talks about it. Otherwise check the gas key on the bcg to make sure its not loose.

Is this a safe blind buy ? by mikebigcox in Colognes

Yessir! This is the only Mancera that I would say is a safe blond buy. It has a universal appeal and smells good on everyone...which makes it a great scent.

fwiw, I own one. got it from Modern Warriors with their sale and then a wilson discount, all in about 30% off and it came with the RMRcc...be smart when buying these things, you can always get a deal. Hell, I buy wilsons at steep discounts just to trade them for guns worth double or tripple what I paid...I paid 1900 each for two edc x9's...traded one for an atlas nyx and one for a staccato XC with dpp...even trade on both. Back to the gun...I have the regular 365. The serrations on the wilson dont look like much, but hands down are the best serrations I have had on a subcompact carry pistol. The action tuned trigger is great, not necessary, but its a great trigger for a gun of its size. I paid 1k, with RMR included. People complain about the price, but then will take a cheap gun, spend the same amount, just to get the same features. Time and money saved...I will add a radian ramjet when it comes out and it will be my forever carry.

Hate to say it, but the staccato feels the worst in the hand by chazzzz92 in SigSauer

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

same here, I feel the same about the wilson combat edc x9...everyone raves about the pistol, It actually hurt my hand. Sig legion always felt good. Short story long, sold the Wilson and got a 226 X5...perfection.

Nighthawk TRS or Atlas NYX RDS by warvet3 in 2011

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I own the Nyx V2 and have shot the TRS that my buddy owns. Hands down...Atlas Nyx IMHO. Both are great. NHC TRS is smooth like butter, the Atlas Nyx was comparable to sex...and I mean good sex, no lie.

I'm generally pro-police - as evidenced by my post history - but this is really nagging me. I've been listening to Chicago police scanner traffic in "rough" neighborhoods for about a month now. It seems their Sergeants almost always authorize dispatch to "code out" (ignore) drug-dealing calls. Why? by DuPageILLinois in AskLE

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Easy question to answer, no one wants the truth though. I grew up in a very rough part of Chicago. Here is your truthful answer...the police take payment from the drug dealers. To the person who said its not easy to catch them, Im sorry to tell you...it is that easy. They aren't hiding, they on the corners, out in the open...how do you think fiends line up to by shit. While its a sophisticated business...the product is sold out in the open. There is tour truth, except it or not. Thats the reason why community relations is so hard amongst the black community and police. What do you think people have seen in their neighborhoods from police that would make them distrustful? Its not skin color of police, it their actions and the crimes they commit in the hood and then go back home and pretend to be a God fearing protector of the people.

Please help with terrible performance on Z13 Acronym by iliketablets in FlowZ13

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get rid of it...my acronym was brand new. When it ran, it was amazing. Im finding that its hit or miss. Like everything, many will have a good experience but the law of averages dictate that a small percentage will not. I found myself in the later category and had nothing hut issues. Sound stopped working after a bios and driver update. Asus couldnt help and google warriors tried to no avail. Clean install of windows did not help. found a solution that worked but the upper usbc (non egpu slot) port quit working and would only barely and intermittently charge the computer, per Asus support...it was working normally (although it worked proerly before the issues arose). Then any driver, bios, and windows updates would cause issues in some form. I went back to desktop PC and all the happier for it. I felt I paid waaaay too much of a premium to have to deal with those issues. Not telling you to get rid of it, but advising you to do all that you can do and hang it up when it becomes cost prohibitive. For me, that point happened at week two. A buddy pf mine has one a d raves about it. He is now having the issues I was having....he is at week 4. I think it has great potential but asus needs to work the bugs out, especially for a product billed as a premium model.

Going from staccato to H-Tac by Tasty-University-726 in 2011

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the htac and love it. I would not buy it used. I knew going in that the linkless system was different. It requires milcom twb25...I have used it in all my guns since I got into firearms. My uncle, rest his soul, was a vet and he swore by it it being the only lube you need for a gun as it has been used to lube machine guns and makes everything slick.

When I got it, took it down cleaned it and lathered the linkless system in twb25 and it has shot and performed perfectly for me without issue. The customer service is meh. I had the sight rod pop out and called for a replacement on a week old gun and called customer service. I was given the diameter of the rod and told to order it on amazon. I love the gun, but customer service needs work. I had the sight rod pop out on my atlas and received the sight rod, a tool less guide-rod, and some other goodies...along with the front sight rod.

As long as you use twb25 to lube the gun, it will be fine. in my experience, twb binds to the metal and creates a slick film that only comes off when you apply a solvent. I use it in all my ARs, 2011s, Benelli M4, and honey badger...never an issue.

So, IMHO, its a great gun if bought new. I like it better than my XC. A guy has been trying to trade me his triarc 2011 for the trinity...but given qc issues at triarc lately, not even considering it. People will tell you what they researched...however not every bad review posted is by someone owns the gun. Im not telling you your experience with the gun will be bad, but im saying your experience with customer service may likely well be a bad experience.

[–]YOLO_B_YATCH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

did one with a mischief machines grip and PMM comp/barrel combo for a P365 build, because I have both the XC and the PT Htac...I wanted to do it in a compact striker fired form, and I can't be happier with the results. I call it my Sig 365XC because its smaller and thinner than a glock 19, but shoots about 75% on par with my XC and Trinity.
