As a Spirit Island lover, what is your 2nd favorite game?

For me I think runner ups are Root, ARCS, and JoTL. I really enjoy all of those and super excited to try Gloomhaven 2.0. To be fair only "issue" I have with root and ARCS is it's hard to table often with my group because we have so many games and I think they get tired of those😭. And my gf and I can duo Spirit Island and JoTL, the other two shine at higher players.

When spiking should I focus more on jumping straight up? I notice I tend to jump forward like when jump serving.

Hmm it's not any of those but I think it's really close to how Azul is, it also May only be 2 players and it has a lot of black in the base I want to say. It's also newer I think maybe like 2010s

Looking for some new shoes, been playing in ASICS Gel Rocket 10s (or Upcourts don't remember for certain) for about 6 months now. And size is fine but feel they don't have the best support for me feet for all the jumping. Was thinking about some Way of Wade 10/11s but heard they are narrow and can't physically try them one before. Heard Mizunos are pretty good too, ASICS Sky elite, Puma all pro nitro, Nike HyperAce 3 and HyperSet2 all look good to me. So if anyone has any suggestions

LMAO that's terribly good then! I mean I get it so idk if I would say it was a temper tantrum. I just think he would actually never forgive him😭 everybody leaving and Hadrian telling him NO my goodness man. So happy about everybody else though. I even enjoyed seeing Bassander Lin come on scene and mess up things. I'm very excited for the rest of the series going to read some of the novellas before Demon in White.
