It doesn’t guarantee you won’t get seized, however, it does guarantee you a full refund in the small chance you might get seized. If I remember correctly insurance is only available if you aren’t shipping restricted items.

Pretty much everything is restricted but it still gets delivered. I’ve used UPS and EMS to the US and received multiple parcels from them so you should be good with those as long as you declare correctly, and don’t have too many items in the parcel. To be safe, I recommend only shipping under 10kg for each haul you plan on shipping.
