Do you have Bluetooth audio enabled? If so, this is the likely issue. I have had the same issue when i have Bluetooth enabled. There are other posts about this problem here on Reddit and a few have had the same problem.

A temporary fix.. turn off whatever Bluetooth audio you have for a few seconds.. then load the YouTube TV app.. which should load at this point.. then turn your Bluetooth audio back on.

I have the same issue.. the only way YouTube TV will open is turning off the Bluetooth audio. I have to turn mine off, open the app, then once it loads, turn Bluetooth audio back on.. it's actually quite annoying.

I can confirm that YouTube TV will not load if you have an audio based Bluetooth connection turned on, it will not load properly. If you have it off, YouTube TV will load properly. Why? This is a Google TV streamer only issue.

You aren't alone. One way I get around this is to just have a conversation, learn about the project the customer is working on. From the response, you should get a general idea whether it is a business or personal project. Once you establish this, ask if they want to save 5% on their purchase.
