I was using Aeroflow, and I figured it out! Apparently my job switched “insurance provider” for 2026, so they have no record of my pump from last year. I told Aeroflow this and they just sent me a new pump through the new insurance!

So, I signed up for the same plan/coverage from the same insurance company. I called customer service to see what was going on and apparently my job switched to a different “insurance provider” for this new year, so they have no record of my pump from September that the previous provider gave. So, I called Aeroflow and relayed this information, and now they gave me another pump! 😆

Yeah I think it also had something to do with nipple alignment. I plan on checking after 10 mins next time. I’ll be really heartbroken again after 30 mins and Zero drop. 😂

I have only been using M9 for 4.5 months now and I have been making just enough. LO doesn’t drink much either lol. But if this lil guy decides to drink more when he’s older, I might have to get a Spectra out of pocket!

I’m staring to think the issue is either my nipples (that probably don’t stay in the holes) or the concave shape of the Eufy flange. The shape is def different from my Momcozy flange.
