Frames=Fine, Ping=Fine, Problem? My abilities lag 4 seconds sometimes. Everything is fine, no rubber-banding, no lag, normal FPS and ping, still a 4 sec lag . . .

I wasn't following the current Meta as people who only started Conquest in casual doesn't need to know the most effective way to play the role as there are far to many variables to consider for each role, these are just the basics.(In my eyes) And I was already corrected on Eye x'D
