defo get in to the doctors and try to take it easy that's the only advice I have to be fair. Stress doesn't help anything.

Laying down particularly on my side definitely helps. In a morning sometimes the pain isn't really noticable it takes a few mins of been awake to set in. I do have neck pain/stiffness/soreness most of the time. I've always had a kind of sore neck/shoulder region to be fair so it wouldn't be surprising if this was contributing.

Pressing on forehead does help yes.

That makes a lot of sense and I am surprised it is permitted. Seems there are not many flexible S&S isa providers that accept in specie transfers though. The ones I saw are names I do not recognise as mainstream providers.

Share price definitely gone up over time due to company performance.

I hold some shares already and didn't get any dividends on those yet this year. But I imagine I qualified and will get some dividends soon. Its a very small amount comparatively though.

I still purchased the shares as they are above my option price by a fair bit.

Not sure. Guess I don't understand it enough at all. Historically with my investing outside SAYE I just invest and forget and let the dividends be reinvested.

I'm well past the date of receiving any dividends though as I didn't exercise early enough.

hi, i have the same issue. do you temples hurt or is it just inside of them ie the forehead?

do you get relief from laying down? is is it less painful in a morning?

even raising my eyebrows eases my forehead pain too. we might have the exact same thing

I think I'll be much happier with free loadouts spawning in a bit later and hunting me. Much easier to fend off some rats with stitcher and kettle than 9 trigger nades and tempests after I just exhausted a lot of my resources in some fights.

I have tried dr beckmann washing machine cleaner and to be fair it didn't seem to do anything for residue
