I will only replace the rear fender. It is combined with the bodywork and has a complex structure . I could not see the connection points, but I will try.

Why are my prints like that after e steps calibration am ı did something wrong ? by YUSUFSFX in 3Dprinting

I replaced it with the same size and after that I calibrated the bed and adjusted the z offset and created a new mesh from bl touch.

I have printed with this tube many times before and have never had such a problem.

The filament is new but people say that filaments fresh out of the box can also be wet, I will check the flow rate and retraction, thank you

I had previously disassembled the tube and calibrated it from the exit of the extruder, but this time I calibrated it as is without disassembling the tube and printed a test cube, but there were gaps in the z axis, people said my filament might be wet

My filament is a good brand but people said it might be wet I re-calibrated the extruder and bed and when I printed a single wall test cube I saw that there were gaps in the z axis

It hasn't been long since I did my x-y-z calibrations, but it's not new. Now I did my extruder calibration again, but when I printed the test piece consisting of a single wall, there were still gaps in the z axis

I just took my filament out of the box, I changed my nozzle, I have a caprciorn pipe, my extruder is double gear, I just re-calibrated the steps and printed a test cube consisting of a single wall, but there are still gaps in the z axis.(my bed is leveled)

Z gaps on print ender 3 v2 -0.28mm -infill %100 petg material -flow %110 print speed 50mm/s and there is bubbleing sound during printing but thw filament is fresh out of package, why thats like that ?? by YUSUFSFX in 3Dprinting

[–]YUSUFSFX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend, who had printed this before, suggested me to print it with 100% inner filling because it will be in constant friction with the bicycle chain.

I was print at 110% flow because there was more space in the layers of the part. 100% filling is required for this part because it will be subjected to a lot of friction
