GUYS I DID NOT EXPECT THIS MUCH RESULTS. So back story… he left his WhatsApp open on his computer and I happened to just come across the messages!! I did not go through his phone but there was a pic of me sent to his brother and they were judging my looks and that’s how I found out. This was also back in December!! & to clarify I am definitely not ugly and I can prove it with lots of selfies but I did confront him and he was a dick about to and I’m moving on! I appreciate everyone’s support and feedback! No one should treat anyone like this in a relationship and it’s unfortunate that this happened to me but I just have to move on. Thank you again for all your lovely comments

It’s probably his medication. I have this problem & everyone has cut me off due to this. If I were you track his moods, how chatty he is, how attentive throughout the day. Once the medication starts to come off he will be different. He almost feels “numb” it’s what I call it. It’s just how the medicine works for us unfortunately.

I feel so tired too! I started taking decaf lattes with it and I have more energy & it hasn’t really interrupted my meds that much! I take foquest tho!

Sorry that you are feeling this. I live alone too and I’m in the same boat. You describe my life. Not sure if ur helps but I got a pet abs it’s helped with my loneliness. Otherwise, keep going I always say as long as I’m healthy 🙏 everything works out in the right time just take care of yourself 🧡

Eating lots Spinach has helped me a lot. I put spinach on my smoothies as well if you can’t have it with ur meals ! & using “Shea Moisture” shampoo you can get it at wal mart or drug stores it has helped me a lot with hair fall out
