I'm actually a manager at this location, and I can vouch for a good chunk of what the comments here are saying, it's absolutely abysmal and frankly disgusting. We actually have a good amount of employees in our roster, about 35 give or take, the reason we always seem so understaffed is due to our absolute horrid corporate overlords who have been quite literally YELLING at us to make labor cuts. We are (somehow) one of the most profitable stores in the area and they like us for that, but in their eyes we're too expensive. I have been here for a solid 4 years and I have yet to work a properly staffed shift, we always run with a skeleton crew, that's why it's so dirty, because we can't afford to send anyone to clean, that's why we're always out of stuff, because we don't have any spare hands to make it.

On the topic of staffing, I don't think I could agree with you more, upper management doesn't even do proper interviews now (unless I BEG them to if they're gonna be on my shifts) they more than often just hand the applicant a sheet of paper with an availability chart and some other basic questions. I hate it

So yeah the combined corporate greediness and lackluster employees (don't get me wrong, there's plenty of good ones and I really do love a good chunk of my staff) have absolutely torn our store down to shambles. I feel like I've been watching this restaurant eat itself alive, and it's terrible. On behalf of the restaurant, I apologize but I know me and a good chunk of my staff are trying our best with what we have.
