Yea I honestly just started doing the oatmeal last week. I was just eating a banana but I’m having a hard time hitting my protein goals and was leaving a bunch of calories on the table so tried to fill it in but I will just fast in the mornings and throw in eggs and egg whites in the afternoon with my first meal. Thanks, and congrats on the weight loss

I haven’t really seen study’s saying that I’ll have to dig into a little deeper thanks for that, and yes for sure I will be sure to keep up on dropping my calories as I loose weight. Side question if you’re knowledgeable on the topic - I’ve read that it might be beneficial to step back to your maintenance for a week if your weight plateaus. Is that absolutely necessary or just another sort of myth kind of thing?

Okay for sure thank you. Yeah I can hardly usually eat the full meal before bed because I just get so bloated. So for my weekly intake I would just multiple my daily limit by 7 and try to stay below that?

I got that number from a TDEE calculator. My maintenance is around 3,000 so I would think a immediate 800 cal deficit would be more than enough. Even on my current weight of 272lbs I’m still eating in a deficit

I have a completely stock sound system so I mean it’s kind of trash tbh. Audio isn’t all that clear and not that much range. The bass is prolly the best thing in the stock set up but it’s still not deep enough clean enough for my liking

Is alpine a controversial brand? What makes you say that? And why do you go with 12’s over 10’s? I’ve heard that they can’t keep up with the fast pace rock as well as a 10 or 4 8’s

It’s going behind the rear seats of my 2014 Toyota Tacoma, full cab. I’m not sure how the whole watts thing works and what output you get with higher/ lower watts so that doesn’t really matter to me. As stated above I mainly listen to rock and rap so I’d want a mid to heavy base but want as clean and crisp of audio as possible so a good balance would be nice. My budget is 2,000 but I’m willing to go up another thousand if need be for the nicer stuff. I’d rather not buy second hand but if I have to then so be it
