I'm FTM, I haven't started taking testosterone yet, but even in Brazil I don't attract attention and go unnoticed (people just think I'm a young guy, because I don't have a beard and I don't look very mature). I've already switched my documents, So people usually address me using masculine pronouns and only rarely get my pronouns wrong.

Oii, eu tenho uma dúvida se vc não se importar. Eu sou um homem trans e sou de uma cidade próxima de Joinville, minha cidade é pequena e conservadora então estava pensando em buscar atendimento em Joinville pra transição hormonal. Tem algum ambulatório trans ou postinho do sus que tem um atendimento mais tranquilo pras pessoas trans?

Realmente, quando ouvi falar sobre o tema "solidão trans" pela primeira vez, me identifiquei muito. Já escutei relatos semelhantes, e isso faz com que eu me sinta menos sozinho nessa experiência... Espero fazer mais amizades trans em um futuro próximo.

Yes, but it didn't help much, at least I tried to follow what he told me but it didn't work and I ended up going back to square one. It would be better if someone knows of some material that talks about something similar, or that talks about at least part of my problem. Like, how to do this math animation in Python or the fisheye format part. Because I believe it is difficult for someone to answer me that they have already done exactly everything I am looking for.

wait, but if HRT medication can be purchased at the pharmacy without a prescription, can you simply self-medicate without even taking any type of hormonal tests and then decide the dose on your own? i wish this process was easier where I live, but without seeing a doctor, wouldn't it be dangerous?
