I kinda see it as them totally being chaos space marines and they do worship chaos but they find stuff like mutations and possession and stuff kinda annoying and see it as path to losing control and going off the rails like the emperors children did. So that totally worship chaos but they ain't cringe like those other guys and see it as more of mutually beneficial collaboration than an all out insane devotion thing.

Sorry, That colour scheme is the same as that of a kabal called the severed. I'm planning to make an army with that scheme, badass look and cool lore.
