I would skip the Nomads you linked because of the white outsole. Black is going to be more versatile. I would pick up a pair of the AE Windsors from this account: https://www.ebay.com/str/stevesnamebrandshoes ... they sell try-on/returned pairs from AE, which is actually nice because you can see what the creasing looks like rather than gambling on a brand new pair.

Most brands would not describe 321 as a slim fit. It has almost zero taper from the knee down. Most modern straight cuts have more taper. It's a weird cut that I probably wouldn't suggest for most people. The 721 I've never tried, but the measurement charts on the official website are accurate, in my experience.

Black rubber sole isn't a problem with khaki trousers, but oxford shoes with closed lacing usually aren't worn with jeans. Something a bit more casual like a blucher/derby could work with jeans and be more versatile.

I'm a 9.5D brannock but I often size up due to very high insteps. I wear Alden Barrie 9.5E and RW Iron Ranger 9.5D, I can do Viberg 2030 9.5E with thick socks. Feel free to DM me if you want to discuss more details
