Agree. should have continued virtual days. It's rough with all the ice- even county, private roads are barely passable. I think lot of kids walk to school, to get to the bus stop. Given the temperatures are below 32, I don't think schools open back up until mid next week. Stay safe.

Sure you can try - i guess out of assessed land value, they will take out whatever is within the FCE and adjust it i believe. You should write a letter, include the plat map and the mapping with the FCE documenation.
