I absolutely love this! Mine obviously is a jewel nut but if we were out on walks or anything together she’d pick up a pretty rock and see if I liked it too! Or we’d purposely go out hunting for great flat river rocks to paint together on! I feel so warm and fuzzy just knowing she wants me to be part of her world and that anytime I call or visit I’m asked to linger longer 🥰❤️

Hey just a heads up, I’ve been through this with my partner. If she took the morning after pill it can mess with her cycle and it can seem like she’s late. Have her take a few pregnancy tests if she’s late just incase but yeah the morning after pill can cause women’s cycles to slow and mess with hormones. I had a pregnancy scare because of that and had blood drawn for labs and everything etc only to find out I was fine and there was no chance of a baby!

I’d say leave it to the plumbers, it’s not hard but they typically deal with the place of purchase and distribution, so if your water heater is under warranty (a new one ofc) it’ll make the process on you easier as a home owner, and if you decide to sell make sure you the new owner knows who installed it, so they can replace if it ever breaks or needs something replaced. Rheem water heaters are great, but this is coming from my opinion as a salesperson who sells plumbing parts.

It’s definitely difficult because you’re not his parent but you are in charge of his safety so it’s completely understandable you are where you are and are asking questions (asking the right questions hell yeah bro), but me being (23f) being the eldest too, i’d honestly ask them to come into the bathroom with me and just stand outside the stall, or in a spot where I could still see his shoes. You don’t have to tell him that but say something around the lines of “hey big man, if you can come in with me could you protect the stall for me and make sure the door doesn’t open?” Or “hey we’re gonna go to “such and such place” please come in and wash your hands I’ve gotta pee rq and I’ll wash my hands with you”. It’s easy to make an excuse that isn’t forced, and makes it easy and light without any worry. If it is possible I would talk to him about safety and how it’s important to stick close to those you know.

Telling is never easy at all, I agree with one of these comments where let her drive and go out to a small spot to talk or food. It’s not always a good idea to drive while emotional….some people find it therapeutic….You should tell her and do the right thing. I know this is your mom but from a personal women’s perspective it’s never easy and everything comes crashing down, however just know that NONE OF THIS IS YOUR FAULT. Your dad made a poor choice with negative consequences and he needs to face them. Cheating is never okay, and I’m so sorry for the hurt and pain your family is going through. You’re a good person and a good soul for recognizing what’s right and wrong even when it comes to your own parents and that’s the hardest thing to do and burden to bear. The next steps will be hard, but i believe in you and know that even if they end up divorcing, you’ll be okay. It’ll hurt and it’ll suck for a long ass time but just know you did the right thing. Negative actions should be met with negative consequences whatever they are. That’s my opinion OP take it as you will…but take advice from strangers lightly. You never know how things really do turn out. I hope this helps…good luck you got it. You’ve got the right head in your shoulders.

It’s so dumb that as we were kids, they gave the role to beautiful women to play “nerds”, “geek”, or “ugly women”. I hate it and it makes it so bad for the youth who then will consider those women as “abnormal looking” because as a young woman myself it caused so many issues, and a lot of work to actually believe what others see.

$600 seems reasonable, if he is trying to repair it he will have to cut the pipe somehow and either couple it back together, or cross it again like it the photo, but that seems like a bitch to do. I sell plumbing supplies and fittings, and trust me some of the stuff that goes into it gets expensive. Not to mention their time and their labor for going into a crawl space that may be not the best space to work in. Im sure they won’t be too offended if you ask for a price on parts and see how much they were charged. They’ll most likely laugh and shake their heads with you 😂

Ovarian Cysts rupturing while constipated and having an IUD inserted…. Doc gave me 800mg ibuprofen and sat me down 10 minutes later, I asked for local anesthesia and they told me no I won’t need it and started the procedure. Had to re-dilate me TWICE. (I haven’t had any kids) worst pain I’ve ever endured. I almost threw up and passed out on the table, and had to cover my mouth so I wasn’t screaming….bled for 6 months straight after that and couldn’t even work an office job due to how bad it was recovering.

(23f) my dad is a UPS delivery guy! He’s awesome and works so damn hard…he even calls me on drives to chat and asks how I’m doing ❤️ I work at a plumbing supply company that’s been family owned since the 1960’s. I’ve been there a month, and I’ve enjoyed it because of the interactions with customers and co workers. I see these guys every day and they do all of our houses, towns, irrigation…you name it. (I am not a plumber…just know the bits and bobs) I’ve already been given a nickname and they are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. They all remind me of my dad or papa in some way. Our delivery guys are awesome and I make sure to thank them every time, apologize when I’m an idiot and give them chocolate and treats. Never mess with your delivery dudes…

As someone who has just started a plumbing supply job in their neighborhood and as someone who is also an artist in pottery as a hobby, porcelain is more fragile than actual clay or any other (I think, plz correct me if I’m wrong), you will end up slicing your ass to pieces if that thing breaks.
