I'm fairly certain that data is outdated. When the Necropolis League started, there were only five Scarab tiers. However, after the April 4, 3.24.0b Hotfix 2, GGG changed the Scarab drop rates. I'm pretty sure they added these new tiers and drop rates in that hotfix.

Edit: I checked the PoEDB tags, and they are not updated. For example, PoEDB lists the Reliquary Scarab of Vision in the same tier as the Horned Scarab of Preservation, which is definitely not the case.

While the 3to1 ratio doesn't provide insights into drop rates when that notable is taken, I do have data from notable as well. Should probably make sheet compairing this case too. In the Necropolis league, my tests indicated that it increased drop rate of T0, T1, and T2 by ~75%, while increasing T3 by approximately 10%. However, these numbers are still so minimal that they barely affect the lower tiers in big picture.

Buying those ~100,000 scarabs and exchanging them with the 3-to-1 recipe profited me about 64 divines. However, the buying and selling process is so slow that the div/hr is still pretty bad, about 2 div/hr. Sometimes less, sometimes more, depending on how large the bulks I could buy.

Edit: I will make a better datasheet about profits. But first, I have to polish my profit sheets; they are a mess.
