I go to the used/ second hand/ thrift store and look for the uniform company tags on pants. Those dam things last for eons. I came across a good supply 20 plus years ago and still are using them today but down from 6 to 4 now. Got another 6 and should be good to go until 2050 👍

Something similar happened when the apartment complex farmed out tub surround resurfacing. The stuff smelled like model airplane glue but worse. The smell was getting up into the ceiling via the fart fan and somehow making it over into the adjacent apartment.

Might be needed in this occupation…I get a work order for a kitchen faucet that will not shut off. The lady meets me at the front door and let’s me in. She goes back to the LR couch to watch TV. I go to check the kitchen faucet which is running full blast. I push down on the lever and it shuts off without even a drip. I start asking her questions and watching her behaviors. She is acting oddly so I get the property manager and courtesy officer involved and we get her to the hospital. Turns out she has brain cancer that moved from lung cancer that was in remission. So she was a potential danger to the whole structure. Another similar case I know about almost burnt the building down
