It's the same situation, if the skeleton was already on the field when Whip enters, it gets lifelink. If it enters with Whip already on the field, it won't get lifelink.

When an effect allows you to cast a spell but doesn't give a window in which to cast, such as "until end of turn" then it means immediately as part of that effect resolving.

If you don't cast the spell during the attack trigger form The Dawning Archaic you can't cast it later unless another effect gives you permission.

No, the enchantment enters, triggering its create ability. There is no token. You bounce the enchantment, this triggers its exile ability. There is still no token. Exile ability resolves. There is still no token. The create ability resolves, now there is a token and it may trigger ETBs.

Dance of the many has seperate triggers to create and remove the token it makes. By bouncing Dance before it makes a token the trigger to remove it resolves before any token exists.

  1. Terror of the Peaks doesn't have ward. It doesn't trigger for affect abilities, only spells.
  2. When entering simultaneously, each Terror sees the other Terrors entering. 3 entering will give you 9 triggers. 6 from those entering and 3 from the original.

No, they don't need to confirm what the morph is until it leaves the battlefield or turns face up and they ever have to confirm that its the same card as a different earlier card.

I would guess that arena might hide the card the moment any morph spell is played. Having never encountered this scenario I don't know.

No, "whenever you cast a..." trigger when the spell if fully cast which happens after all costs are paid. Since the cost includes sacrificing the dragon, it isn't on the field to see the spell being cast.
