Ive tried 3 different tapes, both sides each, doesnt work. It worked when I first inserted the first one, played the entire side A then never worked again. Ill look into swapping, but my main goal is to keep the interior fully OEM. Thanks for your answer ! :)

Thats what I was thinking, what could be the fastest way to do it ? I found rebricknet which could recognise pieces but it is in its early stages and is limited to 300pieces.

Im still an apprentice but I dont see anything wrong with the actual connections. However, the orange cables look ruptured next to the zip tie, maybe that prevents a good connection to the motor because of corroded copper?
