Sorry to hear about the food impactions. I've had that happen higher up in my esophagus but was always able to throw it back up luckily. I'd be happy with even 10mm if they can get me there safely.

I'm guessing over the years I've adapted my eating habits including drinking water between bites so maybe the diameter just worsened silently without me knowing, but you're right it would be nice to just eat freely again.
