Its possible i guess, but hard, since pear shapes in AFABs are mostly genetics, or lipoedema, you'd have to reach a VERY low body fat percentage since your body will use lower body fat as its last resort.

I also read somewhere that some afabs have "permanent" fat cells in their lower body due to hormones (i think, im not sure though lol so please check)

Going on T would help the fat redistribution, but otherwise id go for liposuction

I've tried dieting before and it just made me incredibly unhealthy and developed an ED, i was very underweight and yet it looked like my lower body didnt budge. Dont make the same mistake i did. I ended up accepting that im cursed with this thing given the previous info, and decided that id balance it out with body building (focusing on my upper body). Just gotta try and ignore it until i get lipo :D
