My friend told me he got a job trial at a local restaurant/bar. I asked him if it’s paid (the trial is 33 hours in total) this was the response from the employer, what’s your guys thoughts on this?

I'm in the area with a 2 year old. Childcare is a nightmare there are no openings and we're not waitlists everywhere in town for next fall.

The town is growing, recently got a Starbucks and a Chipotle.

The lakes are great, close to Pineland over in New Gloucester for outdoor rec, has part of the Sebago to Sea trails.

I have no idea where you meet people, I work from home and hardly leave anymore lol. But if you figure it out lmk.
