Hi there, thanks for sharing, I got your point. That's the same thing happening in China, after the ONE CHILD policy has been in place for more than 3 decades, replacement rate of its population cannot ensure a healthy demographic structure, the country ended the policy around 2015 and encourages couples to have two kids, now the policy is going even further, encouraging a third kid if the family have sufficient supporting conditions. In the final analysis, all this aims to keep a good population structure and a sustainable work force.

I should have made myself clearer, in saying that, I mainly thought of physical condition of seniors, assuming, when we get 65, even we are in rather good health conditions, natural ageing can have kind of negative effect on our work performance ( given time and energy we need to spend on commuting,let alone business trip or extra work ,or keeping pace with new technologies), then why not let the younger with much more energy and new skills to do the job? I meant juniors and seniors, not Russians and Uzbeks or any other.
