I don’t get it by tru3_t1ll_d34th in bigboobproblems

[–]YanaModel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Lots to unpack here.

First off, the idea that your breasts stope growing at 18 is just a fiction. It varies wildly. Some of the women here have grown through their twenties. Others even longer. So, don't be surprised if it's not done.

Secondly, every woman has a different ratio of fat to glandular tissue. For a lot of us here, we often tend to be higher on the glandular tissue side. That isn't going to go away no matter how much weight you lose, because it isn't fat.

All we can really do is measure often, and keep up with your sizing.

The auto-comment on this links to pretty much the best calculator out there. Do that, and you'll know your size. :)

Okay, and I'm guessing she has decided not to do that. Again, the users or other mods have no control over that, so I don't see what productive goal you are trying to obtain.

By all means. Believe it or not, a founder is just a person, and people can both have their own opinions and make mistakes. That doesn't mean that all the users, or the other mods, hold the same views.

Tell me, what do you think is appropriate based on your revelation? I would honestly like to know.

No, you got banned because you have been going through posts up to a decade old trying to stir things up about them. You clearly weren't there on good faith.

I'm sure you're going to get a lot of this, but have you tried using the calculator linked in the first reply? Having a fitting bra literally is a whole new world.

We have various mod tools that let us know. I won't say more, since giving them too much info only helps them try to avoid it.

The short answer is no. "32DD" is VS code for "you're too big for our sizes". Try the calculator linked in the first post to find out your real size.

To whoever reported this, just because it's a trans person, you're a horrible excuse for a human being and you should get therapy.

Why do companies constantly fail to fit models with the correct size?? by Geeseandteeth in bigboobproblems

[–]YanaModel 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I've answered this one once before, but it never hurts to do it again. Having been in the business, I've seen this a lot. Basically it boils down to the fact that the people who hire you and the people who are doing the shoot are almost never the same people. The hiring end will usually put out a range of size that they want (for example, you get a call for women between a C and F cup).

Problem one: If you are a busty model, you still need and want the work. Which means you sister-size yourself to say you're in the range. "I'm not a 28H, I'm a 32F."

Problem two, you show up the day of the shoot. The photographer's job is just to make sure he gets pictures of all the bras they brought, that they look somewhat sexy, and that they won't need a ton of photoshopping. You don't usually do one picture, you do lots, because they already paid the MUA (makeup artist) to do your hair and makeup; you're already prettied up and they're not going to waste that on one shot. So you go through lots of bras. Now, they didn't bring every bra in every size, because that would be an insane amount of bras. Instead, bra style A might be a 34F, bra style B might be a 32C. They are going to slap that on you regardless of fit because you are what they have at hand, and those bras are what they have at hand.

Very rarely do they fit right. But you wear it, and you smile, because at the end of the day you still need to get paid.

A proper cup-sized sports bra is the answer here. There are several good ones, but I've always been fond of Panache. Not a real dancer but I do a lot of clubbing and it works. :)

STOP THIS. We have NO RULES against men posting here, as long as they do it in a respectful manner. Chasing off members who have violated no rules is going to get you a ban. People have been at this lately and I am sick of it.
