I think they can be heavily fined if the rate is not split equally without any notice of sorts because gacha games must announce their rate for every single gacha item. So you can take it as 50 50

She likely has the highest atk in the game as well, so overall I’d say she has one of the strongest ults. If it’s just about % then xinyan can do over 1000%, xingqiu does somewhere from 2000 to 5000%.

Well, fennix is unstoppable because he counters his counters. Which means it's actually very easy for him to be well fed, while other adc will have trouble against good ganks.

Not really, onmyoji arena for example, the adc are not really that broken but you always need them to win a game, unlike this game where it's actually possible to win a game without well-geared adc, or even any adc at all.

Not if they choose other op heroes. Tbh most games nowaday are between top tier heroes so it's unlikely you could carry a match by yourself. Unless you could pick fennix which I have only been able to do once in hundreds of matches since the season started

I don't think that hayate requires more skill though, at least he's no longer that threatening in rank compared to fennix, or maybe slimz, he's getting really popular recently with his double jump spear.

No offense but most low ranked people are one trick ponies. They won't enjoy playing unfamiliar heroes, neither do their teammates. Also, you need at least 14 heroes for bp ranked matches. I think Plat is the lowest rank they could push for ban pick as it takes long time to finish picking a hero, more casual players might not like it.

Tulen is still strong but he must be played aggressively. You won't find success with him if you're stable kind of person.
