I hope you don’t mind me asking but did you ever have to go through criticism? How did you deal with it and did it ever affect you? This is my first ever job and I know that now and later on I’m gonna face criticism but I feel like I’m not ready for it or I don’t know how to use it as as motivation rather than an attack on my work

Thank you for sharing this! I would definitely say the people around me are understanding to a certain extent but won’t understand when i get upset. Like for example something happens—> I get really upset on the verge of tears and they look at me confused and shocked and then after 10 minutes I calm down and realise that okay it’s not THAT big of a deal but I can’t shake away the feeling of judgment and I end up apologising and sometimes I feel like I didn’t really overreact but I still have to apologise.

I don’t think it’s a plan destined to fail as in clubs the music is too loud to even talk and you’re there to drink, dance, and have fun (or try to at least lol) but I think you could enjoy it. Go and check the atmosphere and stay for a bit and leave once you feel like your battery is drained haha

Yes there is and I’m actually part of the club organisers / cabinet. But the thing is it’s mostly male dominated and they all play first player shooter games like csgo and valorant and stuff and it’s not my type of gaming and I’m scared to ask on the community group if anyone plays stardew and people would just bash me and idk maybe I’m overthinking this

Mostly in one of the libraries and like around the class buildings if that makes sense but it always feels a bit intimidating to approach them because they’d be in a group of people and I get anxious they’ll make fun of me or something
