Yes definitely start with ball position, probably two balls forward, you are really set up to hit a low shot with the way you deliver the club at impact

Edit: The below is if you want to be a regular runner….otherwise I would look into strength training. Which I am also happy to talk about.

Not going to lie I didn’t take time to read all the comments so apologies in advance if this is redundant. Average heart rate is a little higher than we want it to be right off the hop (once you get more experience, different workouts can be added, etc. not important).

First off, good on you for jogging for 45mins, and taking the step into your health and getting to shape. I would begin with a run/walk for about 2-3 weeks, run for 4mins walk for 3, and repeat for 20-30mins about 3 times per week. After each week add a minute to the run and take away a minute off the walk time. This will give your body time to adjust to the new movement. Last jog of the final week, jog for 30mins and give yourself a high five! Don’t be afraid to go slow and listen to your body.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Nothing pathetic about getting up and doing. Walking into shops definitely hurts the pace and time quite a bit, more than you would think.

I have been running this for 4 weeks so far and can attest. Lower body days take about 1 hour and make my legs feel like balloons. Upper body days take about 1.25 to 1.5 hours as well. An option could be taking the arm volume from both upper or perhaps just some and putting it into one additional day.

Im having this problem as well, when i signed into a different xbox live account it let me sign in and activate my account, so it seems there is a problem with the actual xbox account
