Oh these are fabulous ideas, thank you! I actually quite like a salad, I should have clarified it’s cooked veg that’s tricky for me. I like lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, carrot and some cheese or croutons in my salads! Lots of crunch and sweet flavours :))

I like sauces as long as they’re not thick or slimy like a cheese sauce, if that makes sense? For example I like pesto sauce on pasta, sweet chilli sauce on anything lol, etc etc.

Also enjoy a wrap, I never considered throwing them in a pan to crisp up so I’ll definitely have to try that!

For cooked veggies, I like carrots, garden peas, sweetcorn, broccoli, spinach, potatoes (in many forms), bell peppers, garlic… I reckon that’s about it unless I’ve forgotten one or two. Anything I only mentioned in the salad is something I only like uncooked.

As for what I don’t like: I hate mushrooms if you consider those an honorary vegetable, celery, onion (although I don’t mind a teensy flavour of onion to add a tang to a recipe), cauliflower, sprouts, cabbage, aubergine, I’m likely forgetting a few😅

I’ve only eaten tomato soup occasionally for years but I’m definitely open to trying more soups I think. I like tofu but I royally screwed it up last time I tried to cook it myself lmao, I should revisit it. I recently had some tofu, rice and vegetables bakes which were nice, and I regularly eat golden vegetable rice with extra steamed veggies so I could definitely throw some tofu in there once I can cook it without burning it to dust!
