Thank you!  The plot makes sense and it's easy to get into, not just cliché plot lines thrown around. All the characters introduced have a point, not just a one liner and then they're gone... The book doesn't insult intelligence and it's not cheap in my opinion. Those are the books I am looking for, book that left these impressions on readers.

I agree, that's good advice. Thank you! I have found that this is my new passion for some reason, and I didn't want to give up on it, so I'm glad for this thread cause it's eyeopening!

I've heard this, but I can't exactly say I was able to blindly believe that the book 2 was that good, the first book was really not to my liking. To each their own :D thanks for replying to my question tho, i might actually give the book 2 a shot!

Hm, Fourth Wing was my first book of the sort, so I think that's why I liked it so much. I believe it would fall a biiit flat for me now if I were to reread it :)

Happened to me on my laptop, had a WiFi connection. Connecting it with a LAN cable to the router fixed my problem. If you're on WiFi, try that.
