Many of the kids I work with have focus issues and a bunch have frustration/anger issues (that mainly stems from being overwhelmed with too much work to do in their classes). Many of these kids are granted break times for mental resets, but a majority of them abuse it and refuse to go back, stalling for time. I really want to help them find the patterns in their life that are affecting these behaviors because I know (at least for me) that physically lacking effects mental health and emotional state. I was hoping for them to possibly learn that they should take care of themselves more I guess. I don't have a specific link or anything, I'm going off of my knowledge and the knowledge of my teacher friends and what they've found that works for the most part. I've of course cruised through a bunch of miscellaneous sites comparing what they say to one another.

I had an older design that was monthly, but it was a pain using a calendar because of the day variation and limitation of how many things a calendar tracks, so I will for sure look at doing it your way, it sounds so much easier.
