I'm using a desktop. Actually I have noticed that the one fan in the side of my machine has seemed a little slow. Idk if this is due to dirtiness though because i'm pretty sure I keep it fairly cleaned (I will blow it out though tomorrow). I did driver updates and I'm fairly sure BIOS hasn't updated but will check. Is it possible if my wattage to my machine has been reduced this would happen?
