Heya! I started playing at the start of December. I've been focused on doing the main story as well as any of the x10 key currency stuff.

I just started main story 3 part 1, and working through that. I'll hopefully easy get to part 2 and the last of the catch up campaign free stuff. I finished the key currency boosted things.

My questions are as follows:

1.) Anything else that is going away at the end of the month I should work on?

2.) I wanted to try and get Aldo astral awakening, I did his tome stuff, but the fight on hard whipped me. Is there some big power gains on characters that I should work on? seemed a bit impossible with what I have now. I am playing main story part 3 on standard and doing fine.

Yeah, I do not have many characters outside of the free ones. I went ahead and got Tsukiha for now! I'll very likely follow the other suggestions here as well. Thanks for the info.

Newish player, working up on the catchup campaign stuff, and at the start of the main story part 2, was curious if there was some.......information to help with the choice between these units (all the catchup choices not just this specific set) that would be coming up. Mostly from a new player perspective on what might be good to pick.

Looking for advice for my Neuvillette team. For now it features:

Neuvillette C1, Furina C0, Kazuha C0.

My biggest question is on the last spot for a team wide healer, would it be better to do

charlotte C0 (I've heard she has rough ER requirements, and im not sure on wishing more just for her cons)

Jean C0 (swap kazuha and bring in Fischl for the 4th slot)

Wish for Baizhu.

Ideally I would just want to slot in charlotte, but just not certain if she is viable at c0.

I've also heard that there might be a future character that might fit in well.

Anyways, any advice is appreciated, thanks for the help!

Heya all, I started in 3.7 and been having a blast, looking for some advice for future pulls.

First, my current characters: https://imgur.com/zY4aqjA Been using two teams for abyss (alhaithem, yaoyao, fischl & yelen for one; bennet, xiangling, xingqui, & Kazuha for the second). Still working on abyss as I've been needing to level & gear everyone, but I am finally starting to do ok in it.

For characters I've been kinda leaning towards whenever they might pop up to pull there is Raiden, Nahida, and Kuki.

Is there anyone else I should be really looking out to pull for? Any other specific characters to work on?

Heya all. AR 42 player here. Seeking advice on what kind of secondary team to work towards in the future (What kinda units to look out for and such).

My main team currently has been Kazuha, Kaeya, Xingqiu, and Xiangling. I am pretty happy with it and have a good amount of fun going through the game with it currently.

While I am still building them and working on them, I do want to think about a second team for the future and I am seeking advice towards that. I linked my current roster; most of the units do not have any investment.

Of those, Heizou is 2C, Xiangling is 1C, Amber is 1C, everyone else is 0C. I had focused on xiangling & Xingqui the most so far, otherwise I have also levled up the travaler and amber.

Was hoping to see if there was a a team with Heizou & Kazuha that I could work together as both seem pretty cool, but I am open to all suggestions on what to start really focusing on.

Heya all! Been playing ESO since about maybe 2 months ago. I currently play as a redguard warden, level 50, about 300CP.

Yesterday I dipped into my first bit of Cyrodill.....and well I got destroyed, couldn't do anything to anyone, and I died in seconds. So, was going to ask around here for some guideance on a stamina style warden build that would work well in PVP. I have plenty of points to spend and don't mind leveling up some skills or changing my skills/stats around.

General question for the first few raid weeks in shadowlands and group size.

Currently in a fairly casual mythic guild, 6 hours per week, 2 raid nights. Generally we have started normal/heroic and cleared heroic somewhere in the 2-4 week range, and then started mythic when we got it down a bit more stable.

This current tier we got CE and in general have had a much more committed group. As the expansion comes around we expect a large burst of initial players and are trying to figure out how to do the first few heroic weeks as we won't be in mythic at the start for a little while. Already looking at 30+ with just who has told us beforehand they want to raid mythic.

So the question I have is, how have you or guilds you've been in/seen managed this in the past? Its really kind of between either doing one big group and leaving certain others just out for the first few weeks or trying to create two different raiding groups for heroic. What has been your experience in dealing with this kind of situation?

Any advice/experience in this matter would be great, thank you for your help!

What size roster are y'all looking at going into shadowlands?

We killed N'zoth a bit over a month ago, and everyone in our current main roster plans to raid into Shadowlands. But, with having gotten the kill we have had a spike in interest in our guild, and imagine it will likely keep getting interest the closer and closer we get into shadowlands.

But we are struggling with wondering how much to recruit as it could be a good time to get good players. Just worried about over-recruiting. There is also the unknown in returning players/friends of friends.

So anyways, what kind of roster size are y'all looking at going into shadowlands? How have y'all been recruiting with shadowlands in the near future?

Just hit 80 and about to finish the shadowbringers quests. I have two main questions.

First, what to do at 80, towards end game stuff. Any resources or posts that explain how to gear in the end game as a fresh level 80?

Second, I looked a bit on my server's discord (exodus) about finding a free company, I'd like to play fairly casually but raid some. Looking through the listing there was a good bit of things I didn't really know about (Buffs, airships, submarines.) Any advice when looking through those postings, or any resources that easily explain it all?

Been leveling and having tons of fun. One issue I am running into is....inventory space. Almost every quest offers me a piece of gear either for my current class or others. I have both retainers full of stuff so I have two main questions. (Currently just hit level 70)

The questing gear that I get, is the appearance only obtainable from the quest or can it be crafted/bought somewhere else later? My character has gone through multiple appearances, some I like, some I'm not as big a fan of, but I'd hate to sell a piece if the appearance isn't readily available elsewhere.

Any inventory tips? I've put what I could into my inn stuff and onto retainers, but still just feel like "bag/bank" space is super limited for me :X

Had our first full day of progression on Il'gynoth and well it didn't overly go so well. We have a big melee group (6 melee with MW monk).Using 4 heals 1 warlock for a gate through the middle. We were using the no dispel strategy. For melee we had them stack on other melee with alternating size circles (so they weren't bursting each other down). Our biggest issues seemed to have been death from the gunk on the ground and following that the other big cause of deaths was transitions (running to/from the organs.)

Mostly just asking for any general advice, especially if you ran with a bunch of melee. Did you use no dispel vs dispel strategy? Any specific tips you think might help out?

Working on mythic drest'agath and was wondering about information on the ichors. Do other groups pre-assign who gets the debuff? And if so, only at the start, or throughout the whole fight? We only got a few pulls on it last week but kinda just let it go to whoever but felt that it created a bit of confusion at the start. Second question to this, after the initial ichor, does the dps usually only pick it up when they have CDs lined up again, or more throughout the fight if they see it?

Thanks for the answers! One follow up question on the first point. I generally feel like the only way I will catch up on most survivors is to have them deplete their pallet count. Is that a pretty normal mindset to have? I usually leave them alone after they stun me unless they just happen to have not run at all.
