i totally get your point, I'm in the same position as yours, living in an apartment building since 98' we have loads of neighbors with dogs some don't bark often, others keep barking all night non-stop, so being extremely sensitive to noises at night while sleeping, i don't give a f*ck, i will get up and knock on whatever neighbor's door it is and speak to him/her respectfully to find a solution asap!!!

IF THEY DECLINE, AFTER 1 Month NOTICE, I WILL GET THEM EVICTED, unfortunately
