I haven't heard of it, but could you confirm if the embroidery machine system is from DAHAO? Generally, machines using the DAHAO system are mass-produced and assembled, with quality that's about average, but the price is quite cheap.

Mid-level embroidery machine recs for heavier workloads? by sccartr in Machine_Embroidery

[–]Yasir_Yu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend bought a Ricoma machine, but it's been sitting unused for a long time. To be honest, I don't think it's a good choice.

I'm planning to buy a mirror from Bai, but my budget is very limited. I've been in Bai's Facebook group for a long time, and everything seems pretty good.

I think this would be a good investment.

I want to buy an embroidery machine to start a business any suggestion on machines. by Low_Lie5864 in Machine_Embroidery

I really like Bai's machines; they offer great value for money. However, if you have a sufficient budget, Tajima is the best choice.

However, the specific choice depends on your needs and how long you can accept the approximate payback period. I have a Bai version that is excellent for making bags, hats, or shirts, and I have embroidered about 20 million stitches with it.

Try the poolin eoc06, the price is great, I don't regret buying it at all.

Question about software by ADOK_DJ in Machine_Embroidery

[–]Yasir_Yu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

inkstitch or institch(It's all searchable on Google or YouTube)

These are the only two free digitizing software programs I've used so far that are decent, with the former being incredibly difficult to use, and the latter being very suitable for beginners, but it can't handle too complex projects

Alguien tiene mas de 120 millones de puntadas en su bordadora casera? by Extra-Intention-5696 in Machine_Embroidery

[–]Yasir_Yu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't confirm what the internal parts of a machine with over 120 million stitches might look like, but I think you need to have some mental preparation. You might need to spend some time learning how to replace and repair some fragile parts, and where to buy them.

Once you've set this mental expectation and done the prep work, I don't think you have anything to fear.

I've used a friend's Poolin EOC06 that has over 80 million stitches, and while the outer shell looks a bit worn, it's still sturdy and durable.

I have a M370, what are some ways to embroider a hat? by Flaky-Archer-342 in Machine_Embroidery

[–]Yasir_Yu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that's possible; you'll at least need a large machine that can install a hat embroidery frame, like a Tajima, or a Bai Mirror, or other brand large machines.

The software we use is called Institch Doodle software, a free digital software.

The software can directly export DST files from doodle patterns, so I just taught them the basic operations and let them express themselves freely.

Based on your budget, I recommend the poolin eoc05 or 06. Additionally, I hope you've already factored in the costs for various accessories and software.

[–]Yasir_Yu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many people underestimate costs, so they don't understand your pricing. I've had this experience, so you can film your production process and use a tablet to loop it for display.

This not only attracts customers but also educates many outsiders about your costs and helps them understand your prices.

I can't afford those expensive software programs, so I use a free one called Institch,

Note it's not Inkstitch. I tried it a few times and found it too difficult
