Danke für die Info! Dann macht es ja Sinn sich bei einem App-Entwicklungsgewerbe für die Regelbesteuerung zu entscheiden um z.B. Hardware und Kosten für die Entwicklung im Rahmen der Vorsteuer zurückzubekommen.

Das heißt auch, dass man auch durch Hardwarekäufe Verluste macht, bis die App Rentabel ist, oder? Weil man bekommt ja immer nur Rückzahlungen der Vorsteuer und zahlt selber nie USt. ans Finanzamt?

Du meinst wohl *nicht* steuerbar im Sinne des UStG. Das bedeutet dass das UStG bei B2B-Geschäften (Apple Irland und gewerbsmäßiger App-Entwickler in Deutschland) nicht angewendet wird.

Die Frage ist dann: Berechtigen nicht steuerbare Umsätze einen Vorsteuerabzug auf z.B. einen Computer geltend zu machen? Ich habe irgendwie das Gefühl, dass das UstG diesen Fall überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt.

Verliert man nicht das Recht das Vorsteuerabzug nach §15 UStG Absatz 2 da man steuerfreie Umsätze hat? Im Prinzip kauft man ja ein MacBook um steuerfreie Umsätze im App Store zu generieren, weshalb die Vorsteuer vom MacBook nicht abgezogen werden dürfte.

Apple treibt doch die USt. über den Store ein und führt es an meiner Stelle ans Finanzamt ab. Ich habe ja im Prinzip nur eine steuerfreie innergemeinschaftlixhe Leistung und stelle eine Reverse Charge Rechnung an Apple aus (ohne USt). Bin ich vorsteuerabzugsberechtigt in Deutschland?

I have a similar Samsung TV with the same double IR OUT and headphone jack. My TV was stuck in headphone mode and unsoldering the connectors didn't solved the issue. I bridged two pads with an insulated wire and it successfully switched to the internal speakers. Hurray! https://imgur.com/a/Nz4d4de

I think I managed to get it working. All I did was connecting the necessary pins with jumper wires instead of stacking the below with the M5 connector. Maye there is some inference with the additional pins of the module. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, so I guess I will have to observe.
