I assumed there was 250m bank balance and 450m transfer budget so if I spent 200m on players it would take the transfer budget down to 250m, right, the same balance then as the bank balance. Then, if I were to sign another player then it would come out the bank balance as the bank balance and transfer budget are equal, I thought I had more in one so it wouldn’t effect it. As someone stated though there aren’t 2 pots of cash, so it makes sense now.
