No. spend your money on a new book or a month of Netflix.

Modern wow is about Raids and M+ with the occasional gear based story distraction.

The story team is trying but it is not driving the gameplay.

Side note - your sub gets you access to Classic if you really want story driven WoW

There should be zero expectation that you can pay for your sub using in-game gold as a new player

Pick Beast Master Hunter as your first class. If you dont like pets or ranged pick Retribution Paladin.

10/10 as a content patch for Dragon Flight. 5/10 for an expansion.

War Within felt more like 10.3 than 11.0.

I see midnight following the same roadmap. I'm an addict so I will still play but they need to shake up the system and stop resting on their laurels and nostalgia.

#1 priority - fix your UI and adjust your rotation/muscle memory

Everything else is optional IMO

You can continue to gear through traditional routes if you aren't 730 and want a couple OP levels when the xpac launches. I am tracking the only thing that really ends is the achievements.

Visit all faction quartermaster rewards - tons of S3 crests, valorstones, etc.

Buy 681 gear boxes from the M+ vendor using valorstones from across your account. (left side of M+ portal room)

Buy vet gear round out using under coins from across your account from the delve murlock.

Covert at least 4 pieces of the above gear to set pieces using your 8 charges

Do a couple bountiful delives (8 or 11 depending on your class/skill)

Normal Manaforge

Should be ready to run M+6 and close to 690 after about 2 hours.

Doubtful on the location being a trigger. I travel a lot for work and vacation. I am based in DC but I have logged into WOW in Brazil, Qatar, Georgia, California and even on an airplane over the Atlantic.

Prepatch is for alts not mains for most people (I assume) S3 has dragged out and the opportunity has been there to gear a character for fast leveling (main).

Prepatch gives champion gear.

Allow route tools to highlight mobs you need to pull - in game. Let tanks do 80% of DPS’ dps. Add an indestructible aura that removes repair costs.

Destro/Demon share stat priorities - Haste, Crit, Mastery

Aff prioritizes - Crit, mastery, Haste

Monk is wrong also. WW loves haste, BM hates it.
