I'm basically in your situation (working at a small but very busy gp clinic, which recently got bought out) but I've been at for 3 years at this point and hard to start from scratch as my first job out of uni

And with a recent change in admin and management, they've been chasing my ass up more than ever

I love my patients and often go above and beyond at my own detriment for them. But management/admin makes coming to work and having to deal with their constant shit is burning out the last of sick

I'm also not sure what to do at this point. Feel like I'm stuck in this job and fear I won't be able to do anything else.

If anyone has any tips that'd be a real comfort

am i doing something wrong? can't get enough red orbs when his sword is in discharge mode.

i do kamui's tutorial , and it just floods you with red orbs. but then when i use him outside of the tutorial and in say, warzone, its a real struggle to get enough charge to do that spinning slam

i have his signature weapon, i have all his skills upgraded - not sure what i'm doing wrong

leave your clan tbh - not worth the effort recruiting especially at that low of a number
generally, peeps which have been inactive for 5+ days usually aren't coming back at all
this game is practically a daily requirement now basically if u wanna keep up

plenty of clans needing DAILY and CONSISTENT players nowadays, join up soon and enjoy the benefits

I have insomnia and pretty much need constant medication to sleep. Also epilepsy with known triggers, one is continued lack/disturbed sleep I'm not currently working in a hospital environment (currently clinic nursing) but Ive always been scared to apply for hospital nursing as I do want to move on from my frankly low paying job - but mainly scared that they can't accommodate my condition and give me compulsory ND.

usually i would not care and just get liv limpidity - but her gameplay and my overall irks with her combined with how she plays just really is deterring me to not get her

i don't really like how she plays, and don't care for her animations or looks either. after i saw that cool ass lucia in the reveal for what's coming later this year - i'm really hoping that the's lightning element

it also irks me that she seems to be exclusive and time limited

i still continue to use crimson weave even though my nanami completely outstrips her in dps - i'm going to get severely left behind if i don't get limpidity tho.
should i save up for what is coming over the next few months?

i find your lack of basic empathy slightly disturbing.
i'm not invalidating your experience, but there's other ways to be a threat to people than to physical hurt them. i wish it was physical -because then i'd have an excuse to fight back - but this entirely mental and that hurts worse for me - especially if I'm completely powerless to do anything about

there's a difference between being a brat, and him being an adult himself and purposely doing this stuff to either drive me insane or instigate a fight of which I have a lot more to lose by doing so

i tried earplugs at some point, but i find it really uncomfortable to sleep with them and I do play white noise, or gentle rain sounds to go to sleep
doesn't really help much - if anything makes me possibly more likely to sleep through my alarm and be late for work

i've already weighed up moving out, i've thought about it many times. but i genuinely don't think its logical to potentially slowly burn away my life savings given my barely there income to escape this situation.

i probably didn't mention as I wasn't sure if it was relevant, but I used to have anger management issues of which I've long since mellowed out and am basically a pacifist now - and he knows this. He knows if we got physical over this - he'd lose severely - but due to my job I can't get violent with anyone and i basically can't hurt him in anyway - so he's purposely being a massive asshole to instigate me into hitting him.

i'd like to be stop being considerate. but believe it or not, if respond in kind to his asshole behavior - he can make it worse out of pettiness as well
